Diabetic pre-retinal intravitreal hemorrhage

Description: It is a proliferating diabetic retinopathy with intravitreal hemorrhage that we see on the OCT in temporal of the fovea. Post-operative examination shows a silicone filled eye with the disappearance of the hemorrhage and a foveolar profile restored after peeling of the internal limiting membrane.
