Description: Ultra-widefield retinal photography in a diabetic patient showing the occurrence of a retrohyaloid hemorrhage. The occurrence of such a complication suggests the persistence of neovascular activity (even though the laser treatment seems complete). It is advisable to complete the evaluation with fluorescein angiography to search for residual ischemic areas and to identify the neovascular vessels responsible for this hemorrhage.
