Aniridia with ectopia lentis and cataract

Description: Aniridia with Ectopia Lentis and cataract in a 28-year-old man, He presented decreased vision photophobia and nystagmus. IOP was 25 mmHg in both eyes, visual acuity was counting fingers at 1 meter in both eyes, slit-lamp examination revealed aniridia with cataracted and subluxated lens, anterior chamber angle showed rudimentary iris stump with no angle structures visible. Fundus examination was difficult to find associated macular hypoplasia.
