Description: Pigeon nest-shaped retrohyaloid hemorrhage in the left eye and bilateral Roth spots revealed idiopathic bone marrow aplasia in a 25-year-old patient presenting for an ophthalmologic consultation due to bilateral decreased visual acuity. The corrected visual acuity was 6/10 in the right eye and hand movements in the left eye, with associated anemic syndrome and fatigue.
