Description: Purtscher retinopathy is a rare retinal angiopathy, usually secondary to cranial or thoracic trauma. Its diagnosis is clinical: cotton wool spots and Purtscher flecken, edema, and flame-shaped hemorrhages in the interpapillary-macular zone.
