Description: A 10-year-old patient, operated on in 2021 for a corneoscleral wound, presents after 3 years with a conjunctival cyst. Anterior Segment OCT reveals a rounded hyporeflective lesion surrounded by a hyperreflective shell with a shadow cone, associated with a broken suture.
